Tom Addison

Tom Addison has 30 years of experience in live music touring. He has worked with acts including Good Charlotte, Courtney Love/Hole, Cobra Starship, Butch Walker, Meghan Trainor, Dierks Bentley and Weezer. From sleeping in vans at remote truck stops to managing tours with 20 trucks and over 100 touring personnel, Tom has experienced every corner of the touring world. “Every little club, arena, or stadium I’ve ever set foot in has been part of an amazing journey. The good, the bad, and the ugly - I wouldn’t change a thing.”

With an emphasis on crew unity, Tom believes that a touring crew can never be 100% unless every one of them respect each other, love their jobs and are exactly where they want to be. Unlike many in tour management, Tom is equally at home as Tour Manager or Production Manager. He is currently finishing his 4th year as PM for Weezer.

It’s all about the show.  “Everything we have done throughout the entire show day, every bridle hung and every XLR run, leads up to that moment when I have the honor of cueing house lights and sending my artist on stage.  It’s a huge rush and it never gets old!”
