ECCHO LIVE WORKSHOP 2026

On November 10, 2026, ECCHO Live will celebrate the 15th anniversary of our flagship Fall Workshop—a milestone made possible by the live event professionals, industry leaders, partners, and community members who have gathered with us over the years.

Following a memorable 2025 Workshop that brought nearly 500 live event professionals together for a day of connection, learning, and career growth, we are looking forward to continuing that momentum in an exciting new location: Rock Nashville.

At its core, the ECCHO Live Workshop is designed to support the people who make the live event industry thrive. Through practical tools, meaningful conversations, expert guidance, and opportunities to connect with peers, the Workshop creates space for professionals at every stage of their careers to grow, learn, and navigate the ever-evolving world of live events.

For 15 years, this gathering has remained rooted in the belief that a stronger industry begins with supporting the people within it. As ECCHO Live continues to grow its programming and expand access to mental health, financial wellness, education, community, and career resources, the Fall Workshop remains at the heart of that mission.

We are excited to celebrate this important anniversary, reflect on the journey that brought us here, and look ahead to what is possible for the next generation of live event professionals.

Save the Date: November 10, 2026, at Rock Nashville.

Registration opens on September 28 where we officially announce our keynote speaker, panelists, breakout session programming and Career Essential lab information!

For now, please enjoy the 2025 Workshop  below to help get an idea of what transpires in one day!

SAM OLD SKOOL AWARD

Sam "Old Skool" Harden was a lighting designer and technician at Bandit Lites that continually went above and beyond in helping guide those that were transitioning into their careers on the road. He was a hard worker, always had a smile on his face and a huge heart. Sadly, Sam passed away after a lengthy illness in the Fall of 2013. Although he is not present with us anymore his legacy will remain.

Each year at our annual workshop, ECCHO Live awards an industry leader who dedicates their time and energy to mentor and teach those just beginning their careers.
