ECCHO LIVE WORKSHOP 2025

This year marks an exciting evolution as the Touring Career Workshop steps into its new identity: the ECCHO Live Workshop. At its core, ECCHO Live centers on what makes our industry thrive—connection, collaboration, and access to the right tools.

Our 2025 theme, Navigate, invites you to see ECCHO Live as your personal ‘workbox’ for building a stronger, more sustainable career. Throughout the day, you’ll have the opportunity to explore insurance options, learn how to set up your business, join panels with touring and festival specialists, and hear directly from financial advisors. Every session is designed to give you practical, actionable tools—from managing health and finances to expanding your professional network.

Attendees leave not just informed, but confident, capable, and connected—ready to create ripple effects that strengthen the live event community as a whole. Check out the full schedule, dive into the sessions, and reserve your free ticket to join us

This workshop would not be possible without the generous support of our annual sponsors—thank you for investing in the future of live events.

SAM OLD SKOOL AWARD

Sam "Old Skool" Harden was a lighting designer and technician at Bandit Lites that continually went above and beyond in helping guide those that were transitioning into their careers on the road. He was a hard worker, always had a smile on his face and a huge heart. Sadly, Sam passed away after a lengthy illness in the Fall of 2013. Although he is not present with us anymore his legacy will remain.

Each year at our annual workshop, ECCHO Live awards an industry leader who dedicates their time and energy to mentor and teach those just beginning their careers.
