Our Programs are designed to support live event professionals at every stage of their careers, using a whole person approach to well-being.
Through All Access, participants receive four free personalized sessions, covering mental health counseling, career coaching, financial coaching, and more services launching soon, while All Access On Site provides on-the-spot care at live events.
ALL ACCESS
Working in the live events industry comes with its rewards, but also unique challenges, stress, and complications. At ECCHO Live, we believe that having a listening ear and a guiding voice can help you navigate difficult times. That’s why we are honored to offer our All Access program.
Through this program, ECCHO Live covers four sessions per year for anyone working full time in the live entertainment industry. The program also extends to spouses, partners, and dependents—because we never want finances to be a barrier to support. All sessions are fully confidential: providers bill ECCHO Live directly, and we never receive your name or details of your conversations. Your privacy and well-being are our top priorities.

All Access - Mental Health
ECCHO Live’s All Access – Mental Wellness program gets people connected to free, confidential mental health counseling and coaching for anyone working behind the scenes and in the thick of the live-event hustle. The program offers practical, short-term support through vetted, industry-aware providers by removing cost barriers while prioritizing privacy, well being, and career sustainability.
All Access - Financial
ECCHO Live’s All Access – Financial program gets live-event professionals connected to free, confidential one-on-one financial coaching or planning sessions per year with vetted providers, whether that’s a coach, planner, or advisor. Built for freelancers, touring personnel, and production staff. This program delivers practical guidance tailored to irregular income, freelance careers, and life on the road, at no cost to participants and with privacy fully protected.

All Access On Site bring FREE, on-site counseling and coaching at major festivals and shows across the U.S.

We are always expanding our network. If you’re a therapist or mental health provider interested in working with us, we’d love to hear from you!
Our aim is to provide high-quality, personalized referrals that meet a wide range of needs—including financial accessibility, insurance coverage, specialties, and diagnoses. We are also building connections with local mental health organizations and community resources that can support music industry professionals. Right now, we are especially in need of individual providers and med providers nationwide who offer sliding-scale or discounted rates, as well as those who accept insurance.

If you have a non-emergent mental health need and are not sure how — or where — to start, we are happy to assist you with recommendations. Our health advocates are a safe space and ready to meet you where you are.

All applications are 100% confidential and bound by HIPAA Privacy Guidelines.

Upon approval, direct billing will be made from the All Access provider to us. You will not be requested to pay any portion of your sessions.
