PROGRAMS
Our Programs are designed to support live event professionals with compassionate counseling, offering four personalized sessions through All Access and on-the-spot care at live events with All Access On Site.
ALL ACCESS
Working in the live events industry has it's share of rewards, but also its share of challenges, stresses, and complications. We at ECCHO Live are firm believers that an ear to listen and a voice to guide you can help get you through some difficult times. With this, we are pleased to offer our “All Access” program. With this program, ECCHO Live will pay for the FIRST FOUR sessions per year for those that work in live entertainment industry. This program is open to the spouses, partners and dependents of those in live entertainment as well. We do not want finances to be an obstacle for any individual that needs someone to talk to. We will receive a bill from our designated providers for their services and will never know your name or what you spoke with them about.

and nationally through telehealth!

We are always expanding our network. If you’re a therapist or mental health provider interested in working with us, we’d love to hear from you!
Our goal is to provide high-quality, personalized referrals that meet a wide range of needs—including financial accessibility, insurance coverage, specialties, and diagnoses.
We are also building connections with local mental health organizations and community resources that can support music industry professionals. Right now, we are especially in need of individual providers and med providers nationwide who offer sliding-scale or discounted rates, as well as those who accept insurance.
If you or someone you know may be a good fit, please share or complete our All Access Clinician Application below. You’re also welcome to connect us directly with organizations, training sites, or colleagues who may want to partner with ECCHO Live.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If you have a non-emergent mental health need and are not sure how — or where — to start, we are happy to assist you with recommendations. Our health advocates are a safe space and ready to meet you where you are.

All applications are 100% confidential and bound by HIPAA Privacy Guidelines.

Upon approval, direct billing will be made from the All Access provider to us. You will not be requested to pay any portion of your sessions.
