ECCHO Live Announces Chuck Hull as EVOLVE 2026 Keynote Speaker
Veteran tour manager and ECCHO Live Board Member Chuck Hull will deliver the keynote at EVOLVE, ECCHO Live's 15th Annual Fall Workshop, November 10 at Soundcheck at Rock Nashville.
ECCHO Live is proud to announce veteran tour manager and Board Member Chuck Hull as the keynote speaker for EVOLVE, our 15th Annual Fall Workshop, taking place November 10 at Soundcheck at Rock Nashville.
Chuck's career spans more than five decades in live production and touring, beginning with Clair Brothers and including 20 years as tour manager for Keith Urban. Few people have witnessed the evolution of our industry from as many perspectives, or experienced firsthand the challenges, opportunities, and changes that come with building a lasting career behind the scenes.
His keynote will reflect on that experience, the lessons learned along the way, and the importance of continuing to grow, adapt, and support one another as our industry evolves.
The announcement is already gaining attention across the industry, with coverage in Front of House Magazine and MusicRow Magazine, helping bring Chuck's story and the mission of ECCHO Live to an even broader audience.

During Hulu's coverage of the 2026 Austin City Limits Music Festival (ACL Fest), ECCHO Live Co-Founder and Executive Director Chris Lisle joined the broadcast to discuss All Access Onsite and the importance of making mental health support accessible to the people working behind the scenes in live events.
All Access Onsite brings confidential, in-person mental health support directly into live event workplaces, connecting touring and production professionals with licensed mental health professionals in an environment where demanding schedules, long hours, and time away from home can make accessing care difficult.
Throughout the segment, the conversation underscored the importance of ECCHO Live's work and the need for accessible mental health resources in an industry where demanding schedules and life on the road present unique challenges. The positive recognition of All Access Onsite during Hulu's national coverage brought meaningful visibility to both the program and the people it serves.
ECCHO Live’s 15th Annual Workshop Featured in Music Industry Weekly
Music Industry Weekly recently featured ECCHO Live’s 15th annual Workshop, highlighting its move to a larger home at Soundcheck at Rock Nashville and the opening of registration on Sept. 28 for this year’s Nov. 10 event.
The coverage comes as the Workshop marks 15 years since beginning as Touring Career Workshop in 2011, when it was created to answer HR-related questions for people working in live touring.
That history is also behind this year’s theme, EVOLVE. Rather than looking back at 15 years alone, the 2026 Workshop uses that history as a foundation for looking ahead at a changing live events industry and what it takes to build a healthy, sustainable life and career within it.

Returns for Third Year at the CMA Awards

As the Country Music Association begins the road to the 60th Annual CMA Awards, its official announcement includes the return of ECCHO Live’s All Access On-Site for a third year, providing confidential, in-person mental health care for artists and crew during rehearsals and show day.
Part of CMA’s continued focus on artist and crew wellbeing, All Access On-Site brings licensed mental health professionals directly into the working environment. Its return to the CMA Awards marks another year of making care accessible to the touring, production, and live event professionals working behind one of Country Music’s biggest nights.

Industry Changemakers

The Center for Mental Health in Entertainment at Belmont University recently brought together a small group of organizations working to strengthen mental health support through education, community, and accessible resources for live event professionals. Hosted in partnership with the Country Music Association (CMA), the inaugural Leadership Cohort created space for meaningful conversations around collaboration, sustainability, and the future of mental health in entertainment.
Representing ECCHO Live, General Manager Kara Kemp joined leaders from MusiCares, Music Health Alliance, Porter's Call, Sweet Relief Musicians Fund, ACM Lifting Lives, Amber Health, and Backline to explore how organizations can better support the people behind the work. It was a thoughtful reminder that lasting change happens when organizations come together to strengthen the support ecosystem for artists, crews, and entertainment professionals. The conversation reinforced something ECCHO Live believes deeply: when people come together to share knowledge, build relationships, and work toward common goals, the entire live events community benefits.
