Money on the road doesn’t come with a manual. From 1099 income and per diems to saving between gigs, touring professionals face unique challenges that can leave finances stressful and unpredictable. In this interactive session, your questions take center stage as we dig into the financial side of road life. Attendees will leave with practical strategies, fresh perspectives, and solutions to everyday money challenges.

Rachael Bronstein
MODERATOR
Rachael Bronstein is a financial coach and the founder of Life’s Jam, where she empowers music industry professionals with practical tools for financial organization and planning. Her career began in production finance at NBC, where she developed a deep respect for the behind-the-scenes talents that make live performances possible. Motivated by the challenges posed by the pandemic, she launched Life’s Jam to help these professionals manage their personal and professional finances more effectively.
Over the past four and a half years, Rachael has collaborated with industry organizations including the Country Music Association, where she also serves as a CMA Ambassador, and Women in Music. She helped start the financial coaching program with MusiCares, extending support to those in need, and regularly provides on-the-road coaching for touring crews navigating the unique challenges of tour life. She also shares her expertise through a monthly financial wellness column for Projection, Lights, & Staging News (PLSN)magazine and is a proud member of the Recording Academy.

Tate Henshaw
Tate Henshaw is an entrepreneur and business management executive focused on making a generational impact in the world through financial literacy education. Headquartered in Atlanta, he is the Co-Founder of ARC – a business management firm that helps entertainers and athletes navigate their careers. On top of his day-to-day role, Tate is on the board of Georgia Music Partners – an organization whose mission is to promote both job growth and culture within the state to become one of the country’s best entertainment leaders. He also serves on the board of the Georgia Sports Innovation Coalition, cultivating a thriving sports innovation ecosystem in the state through strategic programs, initiatives, and partnerships.

Jason Moll, CPA
Jason began his career working for prominent entertainment business management firms in Southern California. During his time at these firms, he worked as both a business manager and as a tax accountant for actors, producers, musicians, professional athletes, public figures, and small businesses. Now residing in Nashville, Tennessee, Jason and his team provide boutique accounting & tax services to small businesses nationwide.
