Brian Lamb

Brian Lamb is a seasoned operations leader with deep experience in labor logistics, event production management, and broadcast show execution. As Senior VP of Operations and Lead Producer for The Production Collective, Brian oversees all facets of complex live environments, including festivals, televised sporting events, and fan experiences at national scale.

 

His production resume includes executive leadership on major projects such as the NFL Draft, Dreamville Festival, SEMA Fest, and the March Madness Music Festival, where he manages everything from credentialing and vendor coordination to multi-day run-of-show execution. Brian’s leadership style is highly collaborative, combining strategic foresight with an “on the ground” presence that makes him a respected partner across crew, client, and city stakeholders alike.

Known for being inviting, resilient, and relentlessly prepared, Brian brings a steady hand and flexible mindset to high-pressure environments. He thrives on the unpredictability of live events and specializes in translating complex vision into executable logistics.

Tricia Long

Tricia Long is an accomplished events professional with over a decade of experience working across music and motorsports festivals including Hangout Fest, Tortuga Music Festival, Dreamville, GRIDLIFE, SEMA Fest and more. Known for her strategic mindset and calm-in-the-chaos energy, Tricia excels in logistics, operations management, and cross-functional team leadership. She recently moved on from having a full time position to focus on the freedom of being a contractor, working with companies like Live Nation, AEG Presents and Nappy Boy Automotive. Tricia also recently started her own events operations company that offers full scale event services to festival and motorsport industries alike.

Dustin De Rosier

Dustin De Rosier began his touring career in 2007 and has worked with artists including Kelsea Ballerini, Jack Antonoff / Bleachers, Gavin DeGraw, and Little Big Town & more. His experience spans domestic and international tours, from supporting in clubs to headlining arenas. Major festivals including Stage Coach, Download Festival & Rock Am Ring. Along with award show performances including the Grammys, VMAs, Billboard Music Awards, and People’s Choice Awards. When not on the road, Dustin is with his dog Beau at his home in Nashville watching Dateline.

Mike Finn brings nearly 20 years of Tour Managing experience, starting in Boston’s local music scene, he’s organized everything from basement shows and VFW hall gigs to stadiums. His career quickly expanded to global stages. Over the years, he’s worked with a diverse roster of artists, including Our Last Night, Mayday Parade, Boys Like Girls, Dillon Francis, Thomas Rhett, Morgan Wallen, and Imagine Dragons. In addition to his touring expertise, Mike is an Associate Professor at Berklee College of Music where he teaches Concerts and Touring, sharing his knowledge and inspiring the next generation of music industry professionals.
