Join ECCHO Live for a special Day Off gathering inside Live Nation’s Nashville office, hosted in collaboration with VIP Nation. This immersive experience offers live event professionals a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to design, deliver, and elevate VIP experiences at scale.
Set in the Live Nation Lobby, the afternoon will unfold with intentional time to connect, learn, and engage. We’ll kick things off with a casual mix & mingle, followed by a guided icebreaker to spark conversation and shared perspective. From there, members of the Live Nation and VIP Nation teams will lead a panel-style discussion, offering insight into the strategy, logistics, and human touch required to create meaningful, high-impact guest experiences, along with space for Q&A.
