AI is becoming another tool in the touring toolbox, but knowing how to use it well is a skill of its own.
This interactive session explores how touring professionals can use AI to organize information, streamline workflows, simplify spreadsheets, and make faster, more informed decisions. From managing mountains of data to turning repetitive tasks into something a little less painful, AI can be a powerful assistant for Tour Managers, Production Managers, and the teams they support.
But live events are built on people, relationships, trust, and quick judgment. We’ll look at where AI can genuinely enhance the work, where it still needs a human in the driver’s seat, and how to use these tools without losing the experience and instincts that keep a tour moving. Come ready to explore, experiment, and rethink what’s possible when technology works alongside—not instead of—the people doing the work.

Michael Gonzales
Michael Gonzales is an artist manager, touring professional, and entrepreneur based in Nashville, Tennessee. He currently serves as a Manager at MakeWake Artists and is the Co-Founder of Advance With Me, a platform built to make the advancing process more efficient and organized for Tour Managers, Production Managers and Venues.
With nearly a decade of experience in the live entertainment industry, Michael has built a career working alongside artists and their teams both on and off the road. His experience spans domestic and international touring across clubs, theaters, amphitheaters, and arenas, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the business and operations behind an artist’s career.
Michael’s experience on the road led him to co-found Advance With Me, combining his firsthand understanding of touring with a drive to build better systems for the road.
Matt Geasey
Matt "Geezy" Geasey began his career in audio before relocating to Nashville to work at Morris Light and Sound, where he built a foundation in live production. That experience led him deeper into the technical side of touring and events, eventually working as a Technical Director on large-scale productions. In 2016, he founded Clear All Visuals (CAV) to help fellow industry professionals navigate the technical demands of live events and touring.
Sharon Lee
MODERATOR
Originally from upstate New York, Sharon spent most of her adult life in the Boston area. In 2016 she relocated to Nashville and founded High Road Inc., an entertainment trucking company. She has worked with American, European, Latin American and Korean artists including Dropkick Murphys, H.E.R., Switchfoot, Collective Soul, Architects, Andy Grammer, Maneskin, IU, Camilo, Meshuggah, Avatar, The Driver Era, and many others
Sharon and her husband Andy live in Franklin TN and enjoy travel and spending time with their blended family of 5 adult children and 2 teens.
