BREAKOUT SESSIONS
Sleep Like You Mean It
Sleep can be one of the first things to disappear when life on the road gets busy, and one of the most important things to get back. Sleep Like You Mean It explores practical strategies for getting quality rest in the less-than-ideal conditions that come with touring. Nate Woodall, Katie Storey, and Leah Lewis will share techniques for falling asleep and staying asleep in unfamiliar environments, managing changing schedules, and making the most of the rest you can get.
And because sometimes a good night’s sleep just isn’t in the cards, we’ll also talk about how to recharge, recover, and function when last night’s sleep was more dream than reality. Come away with practical tools you can actually use—from the bus to the hotel to the next load-in.
